We at a boutique internet marketing agency acting on behalf of Private Entrepreneur Rybalchenko Roman Andreyevich (hereinafter referred to as “We“, “Agency“), take the privacy of our users’ information on the Roman.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“, “Roman.ua“, “Site“) seriously.

The agency website collects personal data in order to better understand the needs of users, improve the quality of services, inform about services and important changes in the agency, and not only, conduct marketing and statistical research and, of course, to be able to contact the user.

What data is personal

According to the current legislation, data processing is understood as any action with your personal information. This may be the collection, organization, recording, storage, use, structuring, disclosure of information in any way, and so on.

What kind of information does Roman.ua collect?

We collect, process, and store information that the visitor voluntarily provided to us through lead forms on the site, subscription forms, chatbots, brief forms of certain types of services with which the visitor can familiarize himself in detail on our website.

about the Client’s website, about his company and product;

Roman.ua does not store user data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected.

The Agency stores Clients’ data throughout the entire period of work with them. In the future, this information is archived and backed up. Some data cannot be deleted, such as data from tax documents, statements, data inside complex backups, and so on.

What we do to protect personal data

Roman.ua takes both technical and organizational measures to protect Users/Clients personal information from unauthorized or illegal processing and from any accidental damage or loss. We do not stand still and constantly improve personal data protection measures to keep up with the latest technological developments.

Technical protection measures

In cloud services, at least 1 (one) time per month, we make backups of important information.

We store passwords in special programs such as 1Password or Zoho Vault and use two-factor authentication wherever possible.

For the reliability of information stored on the Agency’s website, we use the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTPS).
Data storage The agency is run with the help of a reliable hosting provider Siteground and an enterprise solution from Google – G Suite.

Organizational safeguards

We have implemented the signing of confidential information non-disclosure agreements by employees and contractors, in which we prescribe in detail the rights and obligations for the protection of personal data.

We do not disclose Clients’ information about site traffic, conversions, sales figures, and other information that could harm them if it gets to competitors. The exception is those cases when the Client and I approved the publication of this information or it is already public.

At the same time, we systematically conduct briefings with employees on the protection of the personal data of users/Clients.

We delimited areas of responsibility and functional responsibilities for employees in order to remove cases of important data being held by many employees without need at the same time. If possible, we issue limited access to employees and check the validity of the issued access.

Roman.ua does not transfer your personal data to third parties, except when such provision of data is required by the competent state authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Age limit

Requests to the Agency

Roman.ua tries in a timely manner to consider the requests of visitors regarding the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data. As a rule, we respond promptly, while we have the right to respond within a month from the date of submission of such a request.

The response time may be extended by 2 (two) months if the Agency is overloaded with requests from different users. We will notify the user of such extension within one (1) month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.

We respect the privacy of our users and therefore make every possible effort to comply with the rules established by this policy. At the same time, the Agency cannot 100% guarantee the safety of data if there are factors beyond our control and influence, as a result of which information will be disclosed.

The Agency does not and cannot be held liable for negative consequences, as well as for any losses, including for lost profits, which appeared as a result of restricting access to the website or as a result of visiting it and using the data posted on it.
