END-TO-END ANALYTICS

For end-to-end analytics and ROI calculation, you need to store the data about users in a structured way, including the data about revenues and costs.

We store data about advertising expenses in Google Analytics. OWOX BI Pipeline imports expenses from advertising systems daily.

We store data about revenues and users in two places: Google Analytics and CRM-system.

Google Analytics is convenient for the daily work of advertising specialists. CRM is more convenient if you need to recalculate the data (for example taking into account status updates or currency exchange rate updates). It is also more convenient for calculating long-term effectiveness (for example LTV reports considering the source of new users acquisition or advertising effectiveness excluding the orders canceled due to unforeseen circumstances).

Making reports, graphs, and calculation of ROI is done in Excel and visualization systems of Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Metabase, etc.
